Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. How to opt out

You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we collect or maintain about you. To submit a request to delete personal information, please submit an email request to privacy@hearkenstudio.com and include “California Request to Delete” in the subject line. Please specify in your request the details you would like to have deleted. We will respond to your request in accordance with the CCPA.
