As opposed to mass market fashion, we believe in small batch production (aka slow fashion).
All our pieces are limited edition, meaning each combination of design and style is only produced once in limited quantity and not to be reproduced again. Once it sells out, that's it.

All purchased apparel product within Canada and USA are shipped via Canada Post using economical and traceable methods. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email.
For international orders, both tracked and non-tracked shipping options will be available at checkout. Customers may choose cheaper non-traceable methods, shipped at the risk of the buyer. Once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery.
We promise products will be packaged with lots of care, but Hearken will not be held responsible for damaged packages upon arrival.
Hearken will not be held liable in any case of lost or damaged product/packaging.
Hearken will not be held responsible for international duties on any packages leaving Canada. Hearken has no control over international duties, and the purchaser will be held responsible for any charges imposed.

You can select your preferred currency from the drop-down menu at the top. Any currency conversions displayed on our website are only estimations based on current exchange rates and are updated daily.
All Canadian orders will be charged their respective GST/HST rate at checkout.

Hearken will accept returns for a Refund or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 20 days of package delivery confirmation.
Sale/discounted items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
All Thrift Shop items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.
All return items must be unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility.
