FAQ-Returns

Hearken will accept returns for a Refund or an Exchange on all regular priced items within 20 days of package delivery confirmation.

Sale/discounted items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

All Thrift Shop items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.

All return items must be unwashed and in new condition with the original tags/packaging intact. Please ensure that all items are well-packaged, and are protected with outer packaging. Any item(s) not received back in the condition in which it was shipped may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All additional costs related to online returns are the customer’s responsibility.

If you would like to return the item(s), please email us hq@hearkenstudio.com with your Order # and item(s) you wish to return so that we may accommodate your request. Hearken reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.
